WSP was being developed and shareholder value was cut off by selling out. The drift was in, the tanks were full.
RT should have reccomended not taking the DB offer, which he didn't cause he had lots to gain from it AND play the game all over again with the property next door.
It dips deep to the north. They will be lucky to find the source at surface, if it exists.
Just another game, maybe with a buck to be made - who knows. But history tells me for sure that RT is not in it for shareholder value.
