But suicide bombers are relevant

Wrong, they are not relevant.

especially if Arafat condones there use . . . Suicide bombers/homicide bombers are relevant because no Arab leader speaks out against them

Wrong again. Arafat does not condone them, and in fact he has repeatedly condemned them. In Arabic, as well.

What's Israel to do in the face of these bombings. Was Clinton's accord or whatever it was called so far off base that talking was no longer possible, that suicide bombing became necessary.

Israel should simply comply with international law and the plan that the ENTIRE world has endorsed - UN 242 + a Palestinian state. I hope you don't sincerely think that Camp David was anything approaching a fair solution. The Israelis never made a formal offer at Camp David, but what was informally discussed was removing 20% of the illegal settlements in the West Bank (and none in Gaza).

Isn't Arafat a bit of despot, doesn't he murder his opposition, is there a free press in PA land, hasn't much of the money donated to the PA gone to Arafat cronies?

I doubt you could back these assertions up, but regardless, Arafat isn't relevant. The Palestinians hold no cards. The U.S. and Israel are the only two parties with any ability to make a difference.
