Godot OT: The project is simple. There are two oblong holes (one on each side of the base) the flat footed bolts go back up thru those hols after the "foot" of the bolt is slid back into the slots at the top of the opening to the down pipe (going to your under floor plumbing). Be sure to set the wax seal squarely over the plumbing hole before setting the fixture. Put your weight downward on the fixture and wiggle it in a small circular motion and then tighten the nuts on the protuding bolts. Don't overtighten the nuts as you could break the base of the fixture. Tighten evenly on both sides (one and then the other) until secure. SIMPLE! <GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG> EDIT: NPRO is headed back to high 9 low 10 on this run. Nice range to trade 8 to 10..... Ken
