***TO ALL with sidenote to Hunter** * * * * I have been gone for quite some time. After catching up on the reading, I was not going to post anymore, but one particular nasty bat bite inspired me.
Here is my take on this situation. Nothing but my battiness, so please do not act on anything I say.
1. Management from the get-go has been pathetic (from a shareholder's viewpoint) and continues to be so.
2. There was sufficient success (perhaps more than sufficient) on the initial drilling to justify UPR not bagging this whole piece of Gua...
3. Stamm is a little nuts (although perhaps brilliant), so his reasons for sewing his mouth shut and thereby insulting other IMMM Directors must be questioned.
4. Boonen is concerned about ONLY Boonen, as well as Ebeling is concerned about only Ebeling (hopefully this will not get in the way of the technology). If so, he needs to be "scanned".
5. Music Man/John Stewart have their own agendas. They perceive that they have been "nailed" (I hate to use that other twisted metal term) by Ebeling because he discounted everything that was done both GOOD and bad by EVERYONE associated with the company during Boonen's reign (if Boonen had taken care of business, perhaps the "king Ebeling" could have been avoided altogether). Perhaps they should direct some of their disdain in his direction as well.
6. The only chance this company has to eventually garner the $500,000,000 market cap hoped for is to stay in business. Run out of money, and the party is over. Therefore, they need money to continue to drill. If a few successes take place, then income will begin. In the meantime, we as shareholders (if we hold on and take the gamble) must endure this share dilution (I believe Mad Monk warned of this in the initial post). Hopefully, they will have a success that generates income BEFORE they have to offer the full 100 million cheap shares at this level. But, even at 100 million shares, this technology (if proven successful) could make us a lot of money -- note there are a lot of "IFS" in this.
7. Hunter is either a first-class pain in the neck, or a very bitter person. If you own no shares, why do you stay to torment the ones who have lost money here? Do you not remember how it feels to lose? Would you like someone rubbing your face in it forever? You are not "saving" anyone anymore. No one (unless they are privy to private information that we cannot obtain) is going to buy this stock right now. Existing shareholders are not going to buy anymore until STAMM and UPR get the stitches taken out of Stamm's tiny little mouth and have it enlarged so he can begin to shout. Therefore, why are you here. We know why a few people on this thread compliment you --ANYTHING to get Ebeling's actions regarding his favorite word ("CANCEL") as related to everything Boonen touched or even breathed around reversed. I own this stock and find it irritating to spend time ADDRESSING IT HERE OR ANYWHERE. I feel "ripped-off" at this point as well, but then I have a right to feel that way -- I AM A SHAREHOLDER. WHAT ARE YOU, Hunter? You must have more of a life than this. You must have more of a purpose than to be an irritant. Surely there is someone you are neglecting in order to spend this much time on something that is not impacting you financially at all? It is impacting me a lot, and it still irritates me to spend this much time writing (although my bats are applauding). Fess up or get out, PLEASE.
8. To a new person looking in, this must look like a scam, smell like a scam, walk like a scam, and talk like a scam (hear that E.A.?), and print like a scam (hear that EmC?), BUT it can all be explained away (they say denial is the forethought of . . . , oh well, they say something).
9. If Mother "Hunter" Teresa ends up being 100% right, then I too hope someone who lives near the Pricipals involved will go and reward them for all of their concerted effort in the shareholders' interest that they have demonstrated. And may they get color TV, weight equipment, and a free college degree on taxpayer money. Oh yeah, and may their backs be limber from bending and may their hands get extra strong from holding their ankles each day.
I remain,
