dont expect confiscation of gold/silver to EVER happen
the problems with an overnight 25% drop in USdollar...
would overshadow any problem with silver shortages
in two years after the explosion, mines would be in full operation

I see by 2010 a new Silver Cartel in power by then
5-6 companies that control 70% of the world's silver
SIL, PAAS, SSRI, HL, AEM, CDE
they will delay production, periodically curtail deliveries, stockpile output, manage the press, and CONTROL THE PERPETUAL RISE IN SILVER PRICES
since the silver leasing game will have exhausted the world above ground supply !!!
I expect at least the first three silver stocks to rise as much as INTEL, CISCO, MICROSOFT, SUNMICRO
