Really? I didn't know. What sort of opinion are you talking about? I thought only the states rest their case while msft starts defending tomorrow. The states are pursuing competitors' agenda now that the Feds have stopped doing so. These guys should be banished to Cuba since they don't seem to understand that in a free economy, there are winners and losers; losers always complain that winners didn't play by the rules...
