Thanks for the thoughtful and non defensive answer.

About comparing social groups, I understand what you're saying, I think, about the tenuousness of incentive. I know nothing about the art of teaching, which presumably focuses on this in a way which would maximize both performance and the tender ego. Maybe X can weigh in here.

And you're so right about Presidential term limits. LOL!
