CB: Good to hear from you; even with navr lack of concern for us small fry, it finally seems to be making its move; patience in this case has been rewarded. I don't think this is a flash in the pan; the comp usa contract is huge, and more must be coming given the volume, its consistency and the awakening interest of the institutions. years ago turnaround newsletter called navr a buy; I don't know if they have done so again, but it seems to be very much on the right track.
