AE, it was mentioned during the cc that there was more litigation expenses. I don't remember whether it was mentioned explicitly what the litigation was for. I'm assuming that it is looking for ways to collect on its European accounts receivables.

I used to work on international projects, and one of the real risks related to working with a foreign entity is that entity's credit. For example, we learned that we should give no credit to Philippine telephone companies. Also, Europeans often don't have project milestones as early as what we are accustomed to having here in the US.

One comment during the conference call was that ELON is working on getting back its accts receivables so that they don't work with "other people's money". "They" in this case was one of Enel's affiliates, if I recall correctly.
