Some fella said on TV this weekend that ANWAR has the equivalent of 30 years of imports from Saudi Arabia.

Yeah, some fella indeed. If the ANWR had that much oil how come oil companies are shying away from committing themselves to its development? Typical Bushisms-inflate the estimates and lie about the environmental impact... And, oh yeah, torpedo conservation because that means less revenue for the oil companies.
