Nice to see you are condemning the attacks on US and also very happy to see that your post refers to US as a victim justifiably attacking the vermin’s of Talebin and AlQaeda, this sea change of your attitude is very positive, back in 1998 we had this exchange than you thought that US was behind Sadat murder and Saddam was left alone as the highest bidder. Lets rewind back 4 years in 1998 and since Idea page is nearly 5 year frozen contemporary history of important events since 1997, I thought to revisit some memories, some thoughts from 1998 will be little de ja vuish on some of your previous theories. Please note my consistency on Arafat!!!!

I always liked you view, commentaries and advise on this thread. However I am replying to that message because somehow you failed to see the reason behind the attack on Iraq, especially that your origin is from that region.
If you recall in the late 70's early 80's Anwar Sadatt sign the Camp David agreement that brought peace between the Egypt and Israel. Few months later Anwar was shot by one of his army officers. The role of Anwar was done. He served his purpose and there was no need for him anymore so the USA liquidated him.
Now you think the mighty USA does not have a single person that could kill Saddam. But the roll of Saddam is not over. If the USA kills Saddam, his death will create a power vacuum in the Middle East. Iran will invade Iraq and from there to Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. As bad as Saddam is, he is not but a puppet for the USA. But unfortunately, only innocent people pay the price with their lives. In the USA the public relations machine is in full steam. But people do not understand, that to get rid of a dictator you do not need to kill babies.

...................I will like to answer. Iraqi and Syrian has more blood of their own babies and people on hand then any action of US so far. I will recall the son in laws of Saddam who were brought back and Koran was placed in between that no harm is done- the two son in laws that I know them as ‘butchers of Kuwait’ were eliminated with their young kids first night of their arrival in Iraq from Jordan. The daughters of Saddam were widowed by their own father the President made sure that no sign and offshoot remained alive, he ordered killing of his grandsons and the little sons of Kamal the personal driver turned Defence procurement minister were butchered true to Iraqi tradition. Is this Islam or Iraq made of mockery of Islam to kill one own grandson after swearing an oath on the most holy book was most recent act of how safe these children are from MR Saddam.
Anwar Sadat was man of vision he broke that standing Arab tradition of missing no chance to miss an opportunity, Arafat is now following the foot steps of Sadat whom they called the renegade but after losing the entire west bank in 1967 to Israel. The piece of land they are getting now was conquered not in a distant past i.e. 1967 war.. Now Palestine Authority is going to work under much stringent security environment...They could got a better peace in 1967... without all this elimination threats to destroy Israel they could by cancelling this declaration of elimination obtained much better deal but true to their ‘selves' they never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity.. Since when Akhwans the killers of Sadat are US agents- don't tell me that even actions of Akhwans are US sponsored. Sadat was killed by Akhwans and for them enemy number 1 is US- so your point that Sadat was killed by US is a typical statement where origin of all sins and mistakes is responsibility of US.. Let me tell you had it not been for US not a single Bosnian Muslim would have escaped ethnic cleansing, Russian orthodoxy and its link with SERBS WOULD HAVE MADE SURE THAT THIS HISTORICAL mistake in Balkans of pockets of Muslim be eliminated once for all, the man who provided water to seiged town of Sarejovo during those eventful days was a Jew- George Sorros-- Please set your record straight and stop abusing US for every thing wrong which happens in the Islamic world- it is the lack of democracy and totalitarianism which is responsible for our poor state of affairs lets own it for a change and stop abusing others for serious problems we have in our society..
