...how far you can draw the parallels, is a question. Suffice to say, B. Russel saw 20 years of his work end on the dump of mathematical history.

It's a very similar discovery (not a demonstration!) as was the work on non-euclidian geometries. Like..."two parallel lines will never meet, right?" well... let's try to devise worlds, where this is not necessaríly true. and, heck, they are as real as our familiar euclidian world.
