The IRA money was one of many reasons I was (and am) expecting this spring rally, easy earnings comparisons with last year was another, it seems, for this minute, only, that this may work. I don't think that the momentum created will last much more than 3 to 5 weeks. Mish, however, assures me that we crash here and now. Zeev
