Maybe not so bitter tho! There was a period back in the late 80s where Roger was touring for his solo album 'Radio Kaos' and the remaining Pinks released 'Momentary lapse of reason' and every city the 'Pink' was scheduled to play in, Roger would slap them with a lawsuit to try and stop them from performing.. I remember Roger stating somewhere that he spent upwards of 10 million from his own pocket in a desperate attempt to stop the remaining members from destroying the name by pressing on : ) but- during his last tour, I actually heard with my very ears as he fell short of apologizing to fans/other members for his arrogance/ego, and than of course after playing 'Wish you were here' he said 'I wish they were here, all of them' I can only assume he was referring to Syd Barrett, and the rest of the gang.. So my speculation (and IM hoping IM right) is that in the next few years? we will be seeing the gang getting back together to put on one helluva a show.. and if I have to fight generation X kids, Displaced deadheads, and other Floydian wannabees to get tickets I will be livid.. : )
