The PR says there is no non-consent penalty in the JOA?!?! Unbelievable!! Some deal-makers flunked Oil and Gas 101. No wonder the partners are in a stand-off. Anadarko aint paying until they feel the accounts are settled. Partners could potentially ride the wells down or wait for test results to see how good they are before they pay. I can't believe so many companies got into a deal like this. These people are starting to come across like a bunch of clowns!! Geolost
