Shut back down, just when I was going to finally get around to answering your questions about Drake's Mills, site of the first oil well. I have been there three times. It is not to far at all from where I live. In 4th grade, my kids classes go there for a field trip, that accounts for two of them times I have been there. It seems when I went two years ago with my son's class I had posted a good bit about it, possibly to Lost1. Anyway it really is an amazing place to visit. Not because of the the grand size of it, because that is not the case, but because of the major significance to history that is all right there. I have a bunch of pictures on disk from the trip there. I will try to find them and send you some. Come on up for a visit. We'd love to show you the highlights of the tri-state area. (which will in no way compare to that last vacation you took!!!) smiles Jane
