Dave you are playing a numbers game, I already posted as much. And again, I reiterate for the third time, that under Clinton the standard of living increased for the lowest wage earners, it decreased during Bush I and Reagan eras. Only an absolute IDIOT would not recognize that the gap between the rich and poor reached new highs as well. Unless you were comatose, we had the greatest bull market run in history during Clinton and the poor don't own stocks. Sometimes these posts absolutely startle me with their total shallowness.
