DAK, Like SEPR, VPHM has a bunch of busted converts hanging over their head. So their cash on hand is deceptive. Be interesting what their balance sheet would look like if they used some of the cash to repurchase part of the converts at their present depressed price. (I'm assuming the convert's prices are depressed - I haven't actually seen a quote). Peter
