Re: the continuing water consternation out at the brown hills--a week or two ago a little birdie told me that our good friends at Anadarko have had a couple of other options in WDW sites identified at least as early as last fall. Sites that are presumably without difficult landowners.

While most people are going to be quick to say that's just further proof of a conspiracy to delay production, I think we can't completely rule out just plain nobody-in-charge mismanagement or neglect. We may not be on the APC radar screen as much yet as everybody is assuming. In any case, this certainly doesn't do much to bolster APC's reputation, eh!
