Meanwhile, in Barron's market lab the NYSE members net balance index shows continued heavy accumulation as the boyz bought another net positive 68.5 million shares the week of March 29. The NYSE members were a whopping 40% of the total volume reported. This is in direct contrast to Hussman's 'distribution analysis'. Obviously they have been selling IBM and GE. But both are now below oversold on the more stringent 21 day RSI test. Ready for another countertrend rally? Best Regards, J.T.
