Correct. The sad part is that we have real solutions to our energy problems that are not disruptive to the economy or standard of living, but we have the Cheney/Bush administration standing in the way of progress. Their 1950's solution would be to build a new coal plant a week, and fight anything that smacks of efficiency improvements, even in the face of the tremendous success of efficiency in California. They now use 10% less energy with no new power plants, just the opposite of what Cheney said would happen. He still doesn't get it. It also helps that their buddies at Enron can't control the market there any more.
