Good research Serge. Sure does give investors confidence when insiders buy. Here's a reply from SPARKY'S CORNER when I asked him about Accugraph. Mike:..ACCUF since early '95 has been in a major downtrend finally hitting a low in fall of '96. It finally broke the downtrend in last May, however, it has since given back nearly all the gain and has started a new downtrend. I believe if this co. was seriously going to move higher, it would have done so before now. I do not follow many stocks under $5., and rarely follow stocks under $3. Their Q1 was respectable, however, it did nothing for the stock price. --- Mike
