PYPL story is getting very interesting.Current price 24.70 up 4 dollars from yesterday. 1.http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=1733455352 ET PYPL PayPal and eBay had no new talks this week: CNBC (23.02 +1.74) -- Update -- CNBC adds that there were no new talks between EBAY and PYPL this week. Merger talks between these two companies are not a huge surprise, as PYPL derives much of its revenue from EBAY, and EBAY's competing Billpoint service has yet to match PayPal's success; the real question would of course be price. 18:47 ET PYPL PayPal and eBay in talks: CNBC (23.02 +1.74) -- Update -- CNBC reports that eBay (EBAY 55.29 +1.21) was in talks last week to acquire PayPal (PYPL).
