i see your type on many different brds, Denial beyond all reason..... why does MSFT tell you shareholders through their calculations that they only have 161 dilutive ESO's coming to market, when they know full well that more than 500 million are coming, and they know they are not buying back 340 million shares yet tell you they are by including that in their calculations?...... (plus they probably will grant another 200 million ESOs ontop of all that this year) judging from the average so why are they lying to you shareholders? what do they have to hide? why were you long in 2001, and now refuse to admit that you had a position in MSFT in july? why do you refuse to admit you lost money on it? why is it easy for you to tell people to be Civil, but then call other people names? why is it so easy for you and MSFT to lie rather than tell the truth???... what kind of personality does it take to run a business like that? I'd say keep your day job, but if you think that accounting like MSFT is the best solution to a problem, then you might advise other businesses to do that sort of underhanded BS.... then you shouldn't even be in accounting..... jon.
