This is all so normal. The public will be convinced that it's still a bear market until the bull market is 2/3 completed. Given the ferocity of the preceding bear- it may be even later than 2/3 with this cycle.

Meanwhile, the market climbs the wall of worry, the bears whine, and the quietly confident bulls continue to make money..
