My Dell came with programs called Adaptec DirectCD Wizard and Adaptec EZ CD Creator4. These programs handle all the details of creating both data and music CDs. You should be able to copy the pics directly from one CD to another.

Try going to Start/Programs/Adaptec. Your new(er) Dell has to have this, or some similar, CD burning software since it is equipped with the CD RW.
