Meant DST storage devices of course..not DCT. AXC's condition right now. Creditors at bay...restructured debt. They owe many people..even pensions considerably underfunded ( I magine thew precipitous decline in interest rates may have something to do with thatbalance). Royalty revenues completely dedicated to paying interest..and if they get high enough paying down..the debt. ADS downsized sharply again..a little above break even right now. Increased government interest in storage devices but at lower initil margins with aftermarket tape and service contracts built in. They did get a 3.5 million settlement on patents in the digital domain. (6mm camcorders), Have hopes for scores in dvd recorder etc....that may take years. Any digital royalty streams will have long legs..the VCR patents due to expire in some cases in 2003.
