I couldn't agree with you more, teevee. We should completely skip any phase of ceasefire, negotiation, etc.,etc., etc., and simply impose a U.N. structured peace. The notion that the U.S. can broker a just peace in this conflict is ridiculous. I heard someone say that is like having your fate decided by the thief and the police.
