not sure whether your comments pertain to AXYS or ADTK.. just to clear up all the fog, my long comments were dedicated to AXYS not ADTK... Adept'S problem were related to goodwill charges from an acquisiiton..

And have to add another player: ZIGO (Zygo) - another major fiberoptic bellwether in automation..
