Duke, "Jerry is one of the best salesmen in the business" Jerry is not on trial, he is a witness for Microsoft. If he eludes cross examination by not reading the federal settlement with Microsoft what kind of witness does he make? How about a weak one? Then he says he is looking for some big time help from Bill at the expense of his hated competitor in exchange for his testimony? Incredible! From what has been reported in the press it appears it is vintage Jerry on the stand and the usual BS. Herb
