The fact that Where's Mine Jerry did not read the remedies proposed by the states, even though he is proposing the remedies are inappropriate, destroys his credibility. He does not know the nature of the remedies, too much trouble for an important man like him to read, but does know that they are bad? It makes Where's Mine Jerry appear a laughable fool.

The fact that Jerry asked for a quid pro quo for his testimony -- don't support Intel -- makes Jerry look a craven whore. At least MS did not agree and can point to its lack of support for x86-64 to show that they did not pay the whore's price.

A lead off witness should showcase the MS defense. Unfortunately, MS learned to its dismay that Jerry is a laughable clown. And a lazy one at that who won't even do his homework before he whores in public.
