Jerry was a horrible witness and offered little except to say that he was ignorant about the settlement and was trying to con MS to gain an advantage. The net effect of Jerry's testimony was to help the states not MS.

Now if you want to discuss the merits of the settlement proposed by the Attorneys General, it sucks. The Attorneys General should not design Operating Systems and they should stop carrying water for MS's competitors. They have never shown harm to the consumers who they are supposed to represent.
