Tench, here's some interesting information on headcount. Is this about what you would have expected? More reduction than I expected. Intel stated it's headcount reduction goal in 2001 was 5,000 employees, done through not hiring replacements, when people leave. Looks like they made almost 7,000 reduction in 2001, and an additional 500 in Q1/02. I think it does seem to shoot down any remaining speculation about any layoffs happening. Semi
