So Sprint capex down 10% means Sprint will now be 9-36% of CIEN sales...what is the big deal. What kind of analyst is this that does not know if Sprint is 10% or 40% of sales... Why should we listen to this guy? I'm surprised he didn't say fair value is between $2 and $20 per share. good luck
