Some US Cellular Numbers for Comparison

For what it is worth, the G&A for US Cellular which reported earlier today, is about $10/sub/month. Similarly, the CCPU of US Cellular is about $10/sub/month. US Cellular has about 27 million covered POPs but a penetration of 12.7 percent. An ARPU of $44 and a CPGA of $365. MOUs of about 237. Virtually no growth. The handset unit price was about $117 (Is it GSM?). They have 3000 cell sites for 27 million POPs vs Leap's 2150 cell sites for 25 million POPs. So Leap has about 30 percent more POPs per cell site. In a simplistic analysis, 70 percent of the CCPU of US Cellular is about $14. So $14 could be looked upon as the long term (Year 2005??)CCPU for Leap.
