JFD, if you take Sanders' words at face value, I'd agree with you. However, anyone who has heard that loudmouth speak knows that his words should never be taken at face value.

Tim May said it best. Sanders is telling the court that he thinks Microsoft is so powerful that he needed to curry favor with Gates. I don't know what the judge will think, but most legal analysts will agree that Microsoft screwed up this one.
