Believe whatever you want, but to me vouchers = racial fears and/or religious education. I'm sure vouchers have their good points but it's basically a drain out of public schools into private/religious institutions. It will also only hurt schools that are already huring the most. And I'm sure there would be a lot of abuse, like Wackos from Waco types taking public money to run a "school". Not a perfect world, not a great idea.
