You're right on the options, but I may take a flyer on some that are out there a ways in time/price and are cheap as dirt now. Consider it a high-odds "bet" - even if I lose, it won't be much. Near-term, higher cost options are obviously more risky given the uncertainty. I'd rather do the paper in that case. I'm not familiar with the ADRs, so I'd probably just go with ASA. Under 30 looks like too good of an opportunity to pass up. In any case, I'm going to watch for a week or so and see what shakes out.

I've been out of gold for a long time. Have things changed to the point that $250 is a real possibility now? Was the Austrailian (?) news the major reason for the dive this week?
