From everything I have heard from people I trust, the IDF has a policy of avoiding civilian casualities. --- Amnesty International --- Human Rights Watch --- Physicians for Human Rights USA, --- B'Tselem (Israeli human rights group) They all agree that the IDF targets civilians. I can't reject their word in favor of that of someone who believes Jews have a divine right to the land. Tom
