Jonathan re: The amount of goodwll on their books is reasonable for a $30+ billion SE company I do not have an opinion one way or another, my beef are with the reports of 100% increase in earnings quarter over quarter. The others had a good point about quality of goodwill rather than size and quality of it should not be that good in this environment re: Expect an AMD warning tomorrow night, and I am relative AMD bull. is not it already too late for warnings? But surprise on negative side is very possible given intel results and the need to shift from cash to option bonuses. -Albert
