Don: I have been listening to Brinker for a dog's age, and I must
say I never heard this bit about the 72 hour delay. As you say,
Brinker has made it clear that the sell signal, should it occur,
will invariably transpire in the midst of the trading week. At which
point, news letter subscribers would be notified poste haste.

That scenario has been spelled out by Brinker, seemingly without
deviation, on his show for years. Of course, this does beg the
question of how Brinker will obviate the "snail mail lag time
problem," whereby he must allow his newsletter subscribers suf-
ficient time to receive his snail mailed sell signal before letting
the cat out of the bag over the air. If the precise mechanics of this
delicate process have been explicated on a Brinker broadcast, it
must have come on a show I missed.
