ALUDRA INC. ("YAD") BULLETIN TYPE: Reinstated for Trading BULLETIN DATE: April 16, 2002 Tier 3 Company Further to the TSX Venture Exchange Bulletin dated October 30, 2001, the Company filed the financial statements for revocation of the cease trade order issued by the Ontario Securities Commission. Trading in the Company's shares remained suspended until the Company met TSX Venture Exchange requirements. These requirements have now been satisfied. Effective at the opening, Thursday, April 18, 2002, trading will be reinstated in the securities of the Company.
