Any testifying expert will review materials on the subject before they testify. And every time the expert testifies, the opposing attorney will ask about the materials that were reviewed. This has happened throughout Uh, not exactly. Sanders can and did testify as to matters which he knows first hand, and may testify as an expert as to those things, such as the results of any court drafted software. He is not testifying as a legal expert. He is not testifying as to the efficacy of the terms that the states have concocted. He is testifying only to the questions asked of him. But don't feel badly, you have good company, apparently the states' attorney didn't understand that, either.
