I heard that Verizon has part of theier 2.5 G / 3 G network on now is a few cities.

Networks are Waiting for customers, as few new phones out there yet. Siemens will resell Mot 3G phones, looks like they are late in developing them.

Cingular & AWE may merge - could help Sprint with less competiton, and or buyout rumours.
