Greenspan is now a politician, not credible his title is Secy of Inflation he justifies the recent location of the bubble he built the bubble is more stable in its real estate address now but the 1986 real estate bubble suffered bad fate real estate is subject to interest rates and jobless rate both be gonna rise in me book far too many reasons to state, mentioned many times by me this inflation secretary's legacy depends heavily upon neither the dollar bubble nor the real estate bubble bursting both will leak a heavy hiss for two full years, maybe more / jim
