did i also hear him correctly that, the increase in consumer debt attributed to refinancing their homes is not a problem because they are sitting on a hard asset that has 'real' value. i would've gladly sold him a spec house i built yrs ago in south FL for the original selling and bank assessed price of $460K rather than the $80K cut i had to take (and was lucky to get that). what a dip$hit<NG>
