just some observations.... NXTL..WCOM...JDSU....made what could be double tops today... SMH...AMAT...NVLS...INTC....stalled at double tops.... if these stocks can't break today highs......this might be it for the spring rally. these highs today on the semi's will tell the tale....they are well worth watching since they made these double tops at a lower nasdaq from the previous highs. either they will blow through those tops as the nasdaq rises higher..... or they are marking the top in the nasdaq. interesting days ahead.
