It's sadly over but my '6th sense' tells me it was over a lot farther back then I believe most of us knew. I understand there has been a problem with the software input to the lamps themselves. You got ask yourself if this were still a credible process then why can't they sell? Why won't USF secure sales? Why is it no other major 'uv' company has offered to 'buy' them (ex. Wedeco, Aquionics, CCC, Trojan, etc.) - whatever they 'had' is no longer considered worth the outlay - patents are only as good as the sales to secure the needed revenue to further enhance the existing patent and create a new one - sorry Bill but yup this one is moribund. What a shame but what a lesson per financial(s) - problem most have (and I'm one of them) the desire for quick profit overrides the 'due diligence' per what gov. regs. require per disclosure - whatever credible mgmt. (and I mean good solid skilled and honorable) they once had I'm guessing left a long long time ago (2+ years or more). What else is there to conclude when one reviews the escalating demand for compliance - I do wonder who indeed was responsible for their securing that Title 22 cert. in CA - don't tell me it was 'in situ' mgmt. Fielding & Gaetz - what a shame. No trades for over 2 days now -
