yes, a very close friend of mine moved out, He is the last guy id think would ever move. He has a recession proof biz so it wasnt financial consideration. Some guy got shot leaving a grewnich club last week, I cant remember that happening in 10 years or more. I think NYC is in big trouble, on the other hand my resteraunt biz is booming, go figure? i have lived here for 34 years, ive seen the good and the bad and love ny no matter what. Many newbies are tucking their tail and running cause they arnt used to a litlle advirsity. I am glad cause there will be great re investements in NY in a few years. After TL-g-
