If you are a mid-long term inverstor, weekly or monthly charts would be the best for a Technical analysis. Usually Moving Average and Trend lines will tell you the most about the quality of the stock price performance. A few more indicators, like RSI, MACD, Stochastics... would certainly be helpful.
TXB is one of the very few small biotech stocks with a beautiful weekly chart. It moves within an up-trend channel since mid 1995, except two up-breaking points (not bad at all) at May 96 (Phase II news) and March 97 (Lehman coverage). And since mid 95, the stock price has rised from $1.5 to $5+, better than INTC and MSFT, even CSCO, how much more can we expect?
Technically, TXB just broke a short term correction with today's $5.25 close. I think a powerful steady up trend movement is in-sight.

Thanks for sharing my two cents.
